The Trilogy of Success - 3 Powerful Tips to Guaranteed Dreams

People often ask me, “Roy, how do you achieve your goals and dreams?”

 

This question makes me reflect on the journey I've taken over the past five years to get where I am today.

 

I realised in the early days that success isn’t just a stroke of luck or a single secret trick.

 

It’s a blend of personal development, spirituality, and Chinese Metaphysics. This approach, which I call the Trilogy of Success, has helped me and many others create the lives we truly want.

 

Today, I’m going to share the three core tips from this framework that can help you get what you want in life, with guaranteed results.

 

 

First Tip - Be Crystal Clear About What You Want

 

One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that clarity is power.

 

If you’re not 100% clear on what you want, how will you ever reach it?

 

Many of us set vague goals, hoping for more money, a better job, or a happy relationship. But vague goals lead to vague results.

 

Think about it this way:

 

Imagine you’re on a flight from Singapore to London. You’d expect the pilot to know exactly where they’re going, right? If they landed in Japan instead, you’d be concerned!

 

Yet, in life, so many of us drift through without a specific destination, and then we wonder why we’re off course.

 

When I first started setting goals, I wasn’t specific.

 

I wanted to make “more money” or find “success,” but I never defined what that looked like. I finally realised I needed a clear vision – not just a dollar amount or a dream job, but a full picture of the life I wanted to create.

 

Once I did that, it was like creating a roadmap. I knew exactly where I was heading and could make the right moves to get there.

 

To find clarity, ask yourself:

 

What do you really want? Break it down.

 

Do you want to make $10,000 a month? What would that income change in your life?

 

Write it down and make it as specific as possible. You’ll feel the power of setting a concrete goal, and it will motivate you every day.

 

Second Tip - Take Daily Action Toward Your Goals

Setting goals is just the beginning; taking consistent action is where the magic happens.

 

I call it “Daily Execution” because it’s a reminder that even the smallest step can bring you closer to your dreams.

 

It’s like building a house brick by brick – each day’s effort adds up.

 

But many people fall into what I call the “NATO” trap: No Action, Talk Only.

 

They talk about their dreams but don’t actually put in the work to make them happen. The truth is, without action, dreams remain just that – dreams.

 

In Chinese Metaphysics, we look at timing and energy to help overcome procrastination. On days when I have low energy, I feel the weight of self-doubt and fear. But on high-energy days, I’m full of drive, and things flow naturally.

 

To maximise my high-energy days, I often use QiMen – an ancient system that helps determine the best days and times for specific actions. For example, if I have an important client meeting, I use QiMen to choose the most favourable time and direction to tap into positive energy.

Even with clear goals and consistent action, sometimes things don’t go as planned. This is where the third tip comes in: Review and Improve.

 

I learned that success isn’t a straight line; it’s a series of adjustments and refinements.

 

Think of it like an athlete training for the Olympics. They don’t just train once and expect to win; they constantly review their performance, adjust their technique, and make incremental improvements.

 

I approach my goals the same way. Every month, I review my progress and see what’s working and what isn’t. If a strategy isn’t delivering results, I adjust it.

 

In Chinese Metaphysics, I use QiMen on special self-reflection days, called “Self Battle Days.” These days are ideal for honest reflection.

 

I take time to consider my actions, my mindset, and my approach. Through this process, I gain insights into how I can be better, work smarter, and handle challenges with more resilience.

 

For you, taking time to reflect can be as simple as setting aside one day each month to review your goals.

 

Ask yourself questions like:

 

Am I on track? What worked well this month? What could I improve?
