Why Is Hostgator The No. 1 Best Web Hosting Plan?

Today, I’m going to talk about the basic tool that you need about setting up your internet business. For the past few posts, I talk about mindset, objectives and beliefs.

We can keep talking, discussing, and planning, but if we do not take concrete actions on setting up your internet business, nothing going to happen.

It’s as good as you are “dreaming”, drawing the blueprint for your own house. However, if you do not start looking for a actual site, bring in the machinery for the piling of foundations, nothing going to to happen.

Let’s explore the one of the first key elements of setting up your internet business.

Other than getting your domain name on the internet, the next important element is your hosting. Web hosting, server, or web host are some of the common names.

In this post, I will called all of them as “web hosting”.

There are many web hosting out on the internet, how do you know which one is good, affordable, and most importantly, offers good support.

Personally, I have signup many of the web hosting companies. I have signup with cheap web hosting, expensive web hosting, highest bandwidth web hosting, highest disk space web hosting, and etc.

But, most important of all is the Support.

See, web hosting is the life-blood of your entire business. It is the “heart” of it. If you run a profitable internet business, and if you web hosting is down, you will start losing money by the seconds.

And no matter how the companies promise you 100% or 99.9999% up and running time…

… get realistic here… there are times where things will just happen. You hosting went down, someone “hack” into it, virus attacks, spam issues and etc.

So, you do want to pick the web hosting company that you can trust, and give you excellent 24/7 support.

The one that I personally pick and am using to host this RoyPhay blog is Hostgator.

I have been using hostgator for 2 years now.

I use it for myself, my web development clients, and introduce to many of my marketers friends and students.

All of them love Hostgator for one key winning element…

Support!

There are many times where we need something solved, server down and etc. All we need is to go to the LIVE support to ask for solutions.

If the problem is so serious that the LIVE support cannot offer their assistance, all you need is to submit a ticket to their ticket system.

They will reply within 24 hours, however, we usually get replied within a few hours. (Given our different time zones)

So, I cannot emphasis more on important is when comes to web hosting.

Yes! You can get the cheapest and save a few bucks each month, but I would rather pay a bit more, so that I can sleep well at night.

Here’s some of the features in HostGator:

  • Host multiple domains
  • Setup wordpress blog in 2 minutes
  • Disk Space 600 GB
  • Bandwidth 6,000 GB
  • It has all the database, features that you
need to run a successful internet business.
  • It starts from only $7.95 (Baby Croc package)

Click on the link here if you want to get Free Step-by-Step videos on how to register and setup your hosting using Hostgator.

I wish that you find the informations useful, and I’m very sure you will love using Hostgator service as much as I do.

Lastly, if you have signup with other hosting companies and do not like their service or support, consider Hostgator and click on the link here right now to signup.

    Hi Roy,

    I am using hostgator too.
I understand that there are unlimited domain names you can use in hostgator. My question is: Will too many domain names parked in one hosting account affect the speed in viewing the page? What factors should we consider in hosting multiple domain names?

    Thanks.

    Hi Wise Lee,

    Good question!

So far, I do not encounter any lack of speed in terms of too many domains in one account.

Of course, if you want to have a website entirely on videos, you need to consider a dedicated server.

The rest of the factors you need to consider is:

    1) NOT to put too many important domain names in one server
    2) Arrange your server so that it’s easy to find your data.
    3) Back-up all your informations in your server onto your external hard-disk periodically.

    All these are important.

    To Your Success,
    Roy Phay
