I never see so much Organic food in my life…

Just a quick note, just 90 mins ago, a FedEX van pulled over and drop 6 BIG Boxes of Organic food that Stephen order. I never seen so much organic food in my life. The food he ordered is good enough for me to eat for 2 months back home in Singapore. That’s amazing! By looking at the amount of organic food, in terms of vegetables, fruits and etc, Stephen and Alicia really takes good care of their health. I love to eat and have organic food back home while in Singapore. However, the cost of buying organic vegetables is so high, that’s why we never done that back home.
After this experience, I’m sure we are going to change a big habit and diet of the food that we are going to eat. And yes, check out the photos that I have took. These 2 photos are only like 10% of what you see. The whole fridge is full of the new arrival.

Hey Roy, thanks for sharing Stephen’s and Alicia’s secret on healthy eating! You are right about the cost of organic food back in S’pore and Malaysia. Actually we shouldn’t compromise on our health, and your decision to change your eating habit is great. All the best.
