As you might know, I’m launching my product today, a version 2.0 of a online game.

I have improve the entire sales funnels and marketing strategies. However, as time is not on my side, and with the big “crash” of 3 very important events, I’m very happy for the results I got.

I didn’t want to go into the details, now is 2am my time, I need to catch a quick sleep before I need to wake up again later.

I will tell you the numbers right away and what I learn.

I got a front end product and 2 back-ends

The intention is to launch with the entire system in place to test it.

Because of time and “bad” planning, we only manage to finish the front end and launch it.

In total we got 12 orders for the front end, which is $14.95. A total of a $179.40.

It’s not a lot, but I’m happy despite all the 1,001 things that’s going wrong here.

There’s about 1,500 people in my list, both prospect and customers.

Only 190 click on the link and 12 sales, so that’s a total of 6.31% conversion.

I’m happy for the initial blast.

What I learn most in this launch is get prepare well.

I didn’t give enough time for all the planning and hipcups, and also too many important event crashes on the same time.

In fact, there’s 3. Seminar, Product Launch and House Moving.

Do you think I’m crazy? I think I am…
