There are 2 parts of getting the squeeze page. I assume you are talking about the technical know-how, that’s the easy part.

However, it’s the marketing part that most people are stuck with. You need to see from the marketing point of view in order to improve the optin rate.

I feel if someone is going from scratch the first thing of cos is goal, but they will need to know how to create sales page which will entice people to opt-in or else by just creating a simple sales page, is hard to get them opt-in....sorry for the long post, is just my point of view...
