I strongly believe, if you are a total newbie, that will be a great and quick way to start making some money online. It might be slightly slower, but it’s better to be overwhelmed by all the “jargons” and informations overload when you first step into this business.

Let me give you 2 quick strategies on how you start making US$3,000 per month from Adsense:

1) Focus Focus Strategy

This strategy is to focus all your efforts, energy, marketing activities into creating ONE website. Yes! You heard me right, One website! Why?

With this strategy, what you want is to create a community, directory, or even a forum site. For example, if you go to any article directory, you’ll see how they usually make money from it. They will have Adsense all over the articles and text.

With this focus strategy, once you got your site up and running, the next action is to market it. Let me give you an idea how much traffic you need to have to make US$3,000 per month.

Let’s say every click you get about $0.10 (specific niche you can get as high as $0.50 or even $1), and your average CTR is 8%. Let’s do some calculation.

$3000 divided by $0.10 = 30,000 clicks

30,000 divided by 8% = 375,000 page loads

375,000 is the number you are looking at. What it means is that you will need 375,000 page loads per month to get at least $3,000 per month from Adsense.

2) Spread Your “Seeds” All Over

This 2nd strategy is simple, and that’s what most marketers use. I’m going to start “experimenting” this strategy this April. Simply say, it’s to create as many sites as possible.

Here’s what you need for each site:
* Very simple and easy to setup, maybe about 20 mins per site, or as fast as 2 mins per site
* The contents needs to be auto-updated.
* Usually each site is create and forget.

You might ask me, “How many sites are we talking here?”

Let’s do the same calculation:

Let’s say, each site gives you an average of $0.50 per day. So in order to get only $0.50 per website, you can looking at only maybe 50 page load per day. That’s very easy to achieve.

So, in order to get $3,000 per month, you’ll making $100 per day on all your Adsense sites. With that $100 divided by $0.50 = 200

So, the number here, we are looking at is 200 websites.

So, today, either you want to focus on One website to get $3,000 per month, or you want to spread your “seeds” over 200 websites to get $3,000 per month, it’s totally up to you. Most importantly, you need to know which strategy would makes you feel excited, take action, focus and persist till you see the results.

Boy! I was really busy in Jan and Feb. Not in my internet business or my web development, but, in this new phrase of my life. For the first time, I finally feel the “need” to be successful and really be financially abundant.

Oh Boy! I didn’t know that to have a baby in the place where I live, Singapore, can be so “freak” expensive. In just the first 12 weeks of the baby, we are already spending a lot of money visiting specialists and doctors. And I do mean a lot of money, easily double the pay of a average working adults.

But, despite all that, I’m glad and happy that the baby is safe, stable and growing well now.

So, I will not go on about that.

Let me show a couple of scanned cheques that I have got from my Adsense “tiny” project so far.

That’s for both Feb and Mar! Sad to say that this April, I’m going to see a drop in my earning due to the suspension of my autoresponders services, it’s hurting my income.

It’s ok, I’m looking to get up and running very soon.

I personally feel that Adsense is the simplest form of making money on the internet, it’s very simple, easy and straight to the point. The newbie does not need to know a lot about the entire internet business to start making money on it.

For the pass year, I knew that the keywords paid by Google on Runescape is very very low, sometime it’s less than 10 cents. So my strategy is to have lots of clicks to increase my earning…

Of course, what I can do is to do what all the adsense expert does… which is to research on high paying keywords. I personally know a friend who can make over S$2,000 in a month in just Adsense alone. So, if you see my results below, I still have lots to learn from him. However, the thing is I do not bet my online business just on adsense alone…

…this test is just to see how can I monetize more from whatever resources that I already have. And so far, it shows pretty good results… take a look at this:

I’m pretty happy of my test that I just took about 8 hours to put together. How do I do it? Simple!

If you go to my Runescape website, you will see that my main page is an optin page to give away 7 Secrets for Free. For the past one year, what I did was to give away the 7 Secrets in PDF which is the common standard for ebook. But I realize and get emails from kids saying that they cannot open the secrets and etc.

This makes me think on how to solve it. And I came up with this idea of converting the 7 secrets all into HTML and uploaded to my website… guess what… I surround and beautify the whole HTML site with adsense for the kids to click.

Once I’m done, what I did is to send a broadcast to all my list, which is over 18,000, for now… and in a day, that’s the results that I got.

If you calculate, for 18,000 of people, to get over 140, it’s not a lot. However, what I’m looking at is having at least 150 clicks per day, and that’s about additional $12 a day in adsense earning, and that’s over $360 in a month and about additional S$500 per month in income.

How’s that income for settling your car payment or home mortgage?
