Day 1 of National Achievers Congress, Blair Singers and Steve Linder is the 2 speakers that I love most. Here’s a quick overview of what I learnt from them today, and can apply to my business…

Blair Singers -

Blair Singers is one the Rich Dad Advisors to Robert Kiyosaki and his team. They are friends of over 25 years. Today, Blair was talking about how he and Robert met in Hawaii itself. Blair is in sales, and he have 2 best-selling book, Sales Dog and ABC of Building a Winning Team.

On the sales part, what I love is the concepts he teaches:

1) Sales = Income (This is none other than true! It’s the same as your online business too)
2) Let your lifestyle determine your income, rather than your income determine your lifestyle.
3) Surround yourself with people who will “kick” your butt. (That’s what I need too)
4) Little Voice Management System (Totally love this to “stop” your little voice)
5) He also shows the 5 steps process to a sale
6) Lastly, he talks about what makes 82% of business fail during the first 4 years,
and why the other 18% make a fortune out of it.

I have listened to Blair the 3rd time running now over the years. Each and every time, I learn something new, and I apply, I learn something new and I apply. Many of his ideas and concepts, I have heard them before, but I’m happy to refresh all over again and see how it can apply to my situation now.

The next guy I love is Steve Linder. This guy is really amazing. Google him, and you will find lots of informations about him. And his story is from a waiter to a business owner almost instantly, just by shifting his mindset. He work with Tony Robbins for the past 10+ years, volunteering on most of his seminars.

Because he have so much money that he does not needs it. He speaks, coach and help business because he loves it and not because he needs the money. That’s awesome!

Steve in into NLP, and he’s the trainer of the master trainer of NLP. He shares a lot about the human mind and how to manage it well. He’s talks about Neuro-programming which all of us needs.

Have you ever ‘feel’ that you are stuck in life? I’m sure you know what I’m talking about here.

Or have you ever feels that you are doing the same thing again and again?

That’s because we have ‘carry’ some ‘bad’ neuro-programming in our sub-conscious. The whole idea is to replace a positive that serve us and take away the ‘bad’ ones.

Not only that, he also talks about leadership management. Rather than the traditional management system, where One manager in the company manages a few staffs, and each manager have their own style.

He talks about having all the managers to build on a common platform that can be use to steer the entire company. And any employees who goes through the system and also management system, will having the same results that the entire manager platform envision. Brilliant!

It’s totally amazing! If you absorb this stuff, it might just literally be the key to your success. Still remember in my book, “Insider Secrets to Building 6 Figures Income”, I talk about success is 80% mindset. That’s what I mean.
