Out of the 7 days of the week, I love sunday the best… that’s the day where we get to sit down together for breakfast, by the pool together. Alicia cook really good food, as you can see from the photos

We have our favorite smoothies, made from fresh fruits. And we have scrambled eggs, chicken sausages and turkey bacons, regular bacons, and also the pancakes. But the pancakes, I think it’s made from special wheat all so, and it’s really healthy and taste slightly different from other pancakes.

You can see that Stephen can’t wait for the good food, and he’s all ready to eat first. And the bananas and honey that Stephen is serving to himself… oh man! Those are so tasty!

And here’s our star of the day, Alicia, who cooks all the good food for us. And the lady beside her is Michslle, my wife.

Lastly, we are all ready to sit down to eat as you can see… of course, I’m the one who’s taking all the photos.

Here in Texas, and especially the part where Stephen and Alicia stays, there are many people who have horses here. And I have never seen so many ranches, horses, cows, sheeps and etc. Some of them are as pets, and of course most of them are for their business, which is to rear them for food, or sell for meat and etc.

Here’s a photo that you do not really get to see, which is a Cowboy riding his horse across Stephen’s house. He was scrolling on a lazy sunday morning, and while we were chatting, he just rode past us. And we are just scrambling, ran out to the door and shouted for him… asking him to come back. This is the best shot I have got from him so far. Enjoy!

But before I get into that video, check out our collection of radio controlled toys. Haha… I guess toys really bring out the kids in all of us, and definitely Stephen’s.

We took the whole of the weekends, doing a lot of things, one of it is to clear up Stephen’s garage and ready for the upcoming party and also the big renovation that’s going on.

And catch this photo with Stephen figuring out how to fly the helicopter in the big sunny day of Texas, and he’s sweating all over…

With that, Stephen was reading the manual while he was flying the helicopter… After many attempts, he finally manage to get the helicopter lift off the ground and the helicopter…

CRASH!

So, the conclusion is… while learning how to fly the fly boat and helicopter, Stephen and myself love the nitro cars the best.

Sigh! So, you expected to come to my blog today to see some more fun stuffs… before I go into that, we are having a hell lots of problems today. The current project that we are working on is driving all of us NUTS

We are getting peanuts nuts, almond nuts and many other types of nuts… haha… so, it’s not always fun and fun over my side here. We are dealing with 1001 problems every single day. Not only problems, but also solving all the problems within the very very tight datelines.

The project we are working is a big project that most cooperation would takes at least 3 – 6 months to conceptualize and another 6 months to complete. With the leadership of Stephen, we are getting all ready in 3 months. And with all the problems, we still need to fix all the errors and problem.

As I was typing, Stephen was discussing on how to go around the issue… we are pressing this through, no matter what.

Wow! Today have many things happening… I woke up early as usual, and took a quick update photo of the home theater room that the guys have been working for 2 weeks.

After which shortly, these guys came over and start to unloading all these wood to the garage. They are really passionate about their work. Even though they are just delivery guys, they are really careful about the wood, and they make sure that things are placed properly, and in the right path. Oh man! If you see them work, they are really good…

And shortly after that, all happening within like 2 hours, the main contractor came over and start putting all the woods pieces together. They are going to fill up the whole home theater room and cover all the speakers and part of the room treatment for the sound later on. And here’s a photo of the main contractor discussing with Stephen on the progress of the home theater. It’s going to be ready by next week, so check out more progress on it.

And this is a very funny photo, see Stephen wearing the socks that we have just bought last sunday. The rest of the looks ok on him, however, this green one really looks funny and so decided to take a quick photo of it. Haha…

Then Alicia made us some fresh fruit juice… oh man! they are the best I have ever drank. It’s carrot, peach and apple. the peach is really fresh and sweet and you can taste it. It’s so much better than the juice bar. Stephen love it too. I almost finished it, but hold myself back to take a quick shot to show to you.

And just less than 10 minutes after the juice, we get to have this entree. Wow! Now, this is so much better than anywhere else. And we are having our main lunch shortly too. No words can express what I’m feeling. Alicia is really wonderful and we have been really been fed very well with good food by her.

After this entree, we have the main course, which is this honey chicken over here, with fresh, very sweet, juicy and tasty pineapple. While I’m in Singapore, I never love to eat pineapple as they are too sour. As you can see, my pineapple is almost gone. Again, I have to stop myself from finishing the food to show you a snap shot of it.

So, you think that’s it! No way… Today’s lunch was really good. It ends off later with another stir fried honey chicken. Oh boy! They are really yummy… ok, wipe your saliva for now…

And also, while Alicia was on the Product Creation call with the Singaporean, she shouted, “Baby Turkey!” and I rush for my camera and took a quick photo of this turkey family. The quality is not too good, as I’m in the house and they are at least 50m away from me, and I have use all my 12X zoom for my camera. Enjoy the turkeys!

Haha… We are going to have fun this weekend. I promise I will take video of it and how fast these car can go. Stephen told me they can go as fast as 40MPH, that’s at least 60KMH. So check out my video over the weekend.
