Today is the day! We are so busy for the past 4 weeks, other than all the projects and businesses that we need to work on, we are working on Stephen’s house too.

We are getting all ready for this day, so that we could take a day break, and also ready for the upcoming party that Stephen’s going to have in his house.

The first 4 photos are what you will see once you step in the main door. From left to right, the main door photo. Notice how tall the ceilings are. 2nd photo is a small simple corner designed by Stephen near the main door. The 3rd and 4th photo shows the tall chimney that Stephen’s house have.

The next 5 photos shows the TV area where we would usually gather to watch movies during dinner time. The center photo is one of the many cosy corner in the house, where guest could just sit down for relaxation or reading. And the last photo show the brand new furniture that Stephen and Alicia just bought. It’s really amazingly gorgeous piece of dinning set.

The next 4 photos are the first 2 bedroom that we have here in Stephen’s house. All the 3 bedrooms are fully equipped and they are at least 5 stars rating or even better than most 5 stars hotel. You will get a Queen size bed, and in front of you will be a 42″ high definition Sharp LCD TV (latest model). You can watch programs from cable tv, radio, music and also movies that is uploaded from a central system. Which means, you will have your own entertainment room just like a hotel, the only difference is that you do not have to pay to watch the movies and there are a total of 400 to choose from.

Not only that, all bedrooms have attached bathrooms, with tubs and sinks and etc. So, you will feel like home when you are in any of the bedroom here. And all these bedrooms will be for those who’s attending Stephen upcoming S.O.L.E business system and many upcoming closed-door seminars.

The first 2 photos from the left are the ones that we are currently staying in. And if you notice, each room is decorated differently with a slightly different themes and accessories.

Next is the 3rd bedroom and the swimming pool. The small house that you see at the swimming used to be the guest house, now it’s Stephen’s office and audio room setup. You will get to see more of it in the upcoming blogs.

Today is the last day of the meeting. It’s a short day, as we have only 4 hours to discussed what we need to, and the team would need to catch their afternoon flight back home.

Towards the end, where everyone’s ready to go back, Stephen and Alicia surprise the girls with some present and appreciation. Alicia took the extra mile to search for a local store who make trophy and have their name on it, for giving thanks to their contribution to the company.

Finally, we went to bid farewell to everyone, giving everyone a hug ( American Way ), and saying goodbye!

And last but not least, I got this photo of this wonder woman, beautiful, pretty… who works fast, support thousands of SMCC students, including myself when I was one… my buddy, and my friend, Laura!

Today is the 2nd day of the Stephen’s team meeting. Today is the day where we are going full scale and full speed to get all the things that we need to discussed, go through it and planned out an action plan on that.

Alicia was amazing to have a very detailed timetable, from what time should everyone arrive, what time for breakfast, for the first hour, we will discussed about what topics, what time for lunch and where are we going to have dinner. She even have the menu ready for lunch, which is Pizza, and dinner where we going to eat out.

We have got a lot of things achieved, with all the people on the team together, we could discussed all the feedbacks we got from Stephen’s SMCC students and improve on the system. For example, we just launch the PRISE CD, we got so many feedbacks, good and bad, so, we came out with an action plan, like having a support Q & A teleseminar call with everyone, and etc. The best part of all, we have all these laid out in details. We have Jennifer who’s taking all the notes and minutes, and she will compile and email to everyone for follow up action plan.

Some of them got their laptop ready, taking notes, working on the action plan while we are discussing about it. The meeting was awesome, one of the best I have ever be part of it, the energy was high, it was very positive…

And most importantly, all suggestions are towards a common goal: To Create New Possibilities Experience for Everyone Who’s Part of Stephen Pierce Clients.

While we are having our meeting, many things are well going in Stephen’s new house, one of the most exciting one is Stephen’s home theater room. Stephen’s so excited about it, he got everyone off our seats and took a quick break to see how the progress is going to be like.

With that, we went back to our meeting. The whole day went well, with everything we plan to discussed covered, and with a follow up action plan on it. Now is the time for dinner!

We have make a reservation for the team, and since we have been to this restaurant, Stephen recommends the Atlantic King Salmon… and for those who order, including myself…

Love it!

And we end the night with a movie in front of Stephen’s 52″ high definition LCD TV, with built in surround sound. Everyone enjoys the day, lots of work done, fun, good food, movie and a good night rest.

Starting today, Stephen Pierce International is having meetings for the next 3 days. Stephen flew everyone in his team all over the USA states to his house for improvement of our business system and create more value for all our clients.

The people in the team are Laura, our SMCC Coaching Manager; Jennifer, Laura’s assistance on SMCC support; Misty, our Customer Support Director; Shari, Our Content Manager; Michslle Phay, our Team Programmer and finally, myself… who’s started off as Stephen’s SMCC student, now is mainly working on few projects.

Once the team arrive, the first thing is the tour around Stephen’s house facilitated by Alicia. Everyone was so amazed to see Stephen’s house and the renovation that’s going on and etc. The tour took at least 30 mins, if you want to see every corner of Stephen’s house.

After that, it was to have a good lunch together. In the photo, you can see that from the left to right(clockwise): I have all the names in the photo, so that you recognize everyone in the photos.

Shortly after lunch, Stephen went on to share about what Stephen Pierce International stand for, “Creating New Possibilities”, and he wants that not only for all his clients, but also for every single one in the team too. Stephen love to have fun, and he enjoys what he is doing, so that’s something that he wants for everyone in his team too, to have fun and enjoy every sec of what we are doing…

and how we impacted all of our clients, students and partners business and life to create new possibilities.

Today, we are back to work with full force after a great weekend breaks of good food, movies, fun, and radio-controlled car. Our mind are fresh and we are good to go. I usually woke up at 5:30am here in Texas. Haha… back home, I would usually slept till 10am before I walk off to my desk.

The first thing at 9am, we had our meeting for the day, and we are discussing the problems that we are facing from the Internet Marketing projects that we are working on. We are facing a great problem, and this tiny bit of problem, could actually “destroy” the whole project and put people off from getting interested in the products.

Stephen went on saying that all the ideas and strategies of the whole project are top notch, however, just one mistake from the execution phrase could put all our months effort to waste.

To cut all the details and story short, we manage to go ahead with the projects, and also working in conjunction to get it solved. We just need to find ways to get over it. Problems are always there and exist, it’s just the perceptive of it.
