It’s been a few weeks since I have updated any post in this blog… a lot of people might be wondering what’s Roy up to this time.

And Yes! I have been super busy and tied up recently in just a few weeks. I just finished attending Jack’s Zufelt Weekend Seminar as an Assistance. I’m busy pushing my sales of my internet business, both offline and online, to reach my goal for 2007. I’m just a few weeks till end of 2007, so pushing hard on that.

I was given 2 opportunities to speak in front of 50 people, and another opportunity to be in a teleseminar… all 3 speaking opportunities was sharing about marketing and my views about it.

To me, be it Internet Marketing or marketing to your traditional business, there’s no difference in it.

I was overwhelmed with at least 3 major opportunities, of which 2 came from Singapore and one from USA…

… out of the 3, I have jumped into 1 just 10 days ago. I invested S$8,000 in it, and have got a ROI of at least 62.5% on paper, as of this writing. I will get my cheque on 18th Dec 07, of which I’ll scanned and show it to you.

I’m so excited with my friends about this investment opportunities, and there’re a couple of them thinking I was trying to “sell” them stuffs. How I wish they would just open their mind.

The other 2 are still in negotiation, the one from USA, if done well, will literally sky rocket to a lot things I want to accomplish in my life.

On internet side, I was testing a few money making model, from Adsense to affiliate marketing to product creations… not only that, I have got books on marketing and floods my mind with ideas of marketing and how to market well.

I keep telling my friends that I’m going to launch my first Internet Marketing product next month. Everyone seems to be launching products, and selling and selling. I want to be in the bandwagon. However, somehow, my “little voice” is telling me otherwise…

Nevertheless, things are definately great for me. Business and investment opportunities are definately flooding around. I just met up a friend who just proposed another deal to me. So a total of 4 now.

To me, even if I’m 24/7 busy, there’s no excuse of not updating this personal blog of mine which I have dedicated to you, as you invest you time to read it and visit regularly.

I will do so, and no more excuse on that.

Today, both myself and Michslle is super excited to meet up with a close-friend. She’s nice and a very genuine person. She taught us a lot about life experiences and also to be positive about it.

Whenever we met her, even though it’s a short one, we would have learn something new from her. We learn so much about giving from her. I have not met someone who’s as giving as she is. In fact, she was the first person that offers help on my first Runescape project. She also given me lots of encouragement then, which contributes to good return today.

We are meeting at her house today, as she just shifted to a condo near the beautiful famous beachline in Singapore. A picture speaks a thousand words. Here’s a snapshot of the beautiful view of her house.

Maybe you have met her before, or she would have left a deep impact in your mind. She’s a star and performer. She’s friendly and always full of energy. She’s a voice coach, in the speaking industry. With that, you would have known who I’m talking about. She’s none other than Deborah Torres Patel.

She’s the founder of www.ExpressingYou.com, Asia’s Leading Voice & Presentation Coach and expert trainer on Singapore Channel 5’s “Villa Wellness” reality programme and guest star on “Spirit of Service”. Even if you are not a speaker, I truly believe in knowing who you are deep in you, your values, your mission in life, and express that in whatever you do.

She’s currently overwhelmed with her coaching clients and projects she’s going to launch soon. We were helping her to lessen her work load in assisting her product launches and etc. So, do remember to be part of her mailing list if you are interested in her informations.

As we spoke to her, we were very excited of her upcoming plans and projects for 2008. It’s amazingly valuable.

I have been sick for the past few days, ever since last friday and I do nothing everyday, but just laid on the bed. Oh man, not only that, my wife is sick with me too…

… and it turns out to be a blessing in disgust. Both of us actually had such a good rest over the past few days that it felt like holidays. Of course, no work is done, even checking of emails is like only 5 mins per day. Michslle did not even gets to her computer. So other lying down on the bed, guess what we did…

…movie marathon! We watched so many shows and movies on the cable. Not only movies, I love discovery channels too, and that’s why I get to watch all those too. We found one discovery within our Starhub Cable service, that is if you have the new controller, you will see a “game” button on it, and when you click on it, you will be able to play games on the cable. That’s really cool!

And I have been playing “Battleship” on my TV over the weekend. Initially, the computer would beat me to the core, however, after a few rounds and understanding the behavior of how the programs works… haha… you know the story!

At the same time, we went through “The Secret” movie one more time during the weekends, and we started to discover some secrets within the secrets that we did not get it while watching it for the past 8 times.

With that, we did a major shift in our mindset during the “getting well” weekend, and took some massive actions and volia, we are ready to start a brand new day today on monday. Would you be interested to know what is it that we have discovered? What secrets within the secrets that we are found? Maybe you have discovered it long ago, but, to us, it’s a ah-ha moments as you called it.
