Today, YouTube is the place where every marketers would want to upload their videos and drive traffic from… however, do you know that there are many others videos site where you can get traffic from other than YouTube.

Video marketing works the same as article marketing. Do you just submit an article to just one article directory today? No…

… you would submit articles to as many top article directories as possible right? Then in that case, why would you market differently using video, by just submitting to YouTube?

Marketing is always the effectiveness of getting your message, communication to all your targeted customers, and the more the merrier. So, the next time you wanted to do video marketing, think marketing first! And search for other video directories to submit your video to, to get a wider group of targeted prospects to your website.

Here are some of the video directories that you can submit to:

1) Google Video - Google video is one of the best place for video marketing. Since it’s own by Google, it would definately be easier to rank higher in terms of keywords searches in Google search engine. This website, however, is a pain in the neck for advocates of free-speech. The guys at Google will review your clip to make sure it meets their standards and rules.

2) Eyespot - If you cannot tell the difference between JPEG and FLV, then Eyespot is the perfect video-sharing tool for you. This website is very easy-to-use as it shows you step-by-step how to upload and edit your files.

Not only that, Eyespot’s onsite editing features also let you trim the beginnings and ends of your footage, re-order the timeline and add music to your video. Just click away as you need to.

3) Veoh - This video site is more for pop-star wannabes! Veoh partnered United Talent Agency ( UTA ) to get talent agents to browse through it videos in search of The Next Big Thing.

It’s really simple to use, simply upload your clip onto the site and cross your fingers. Just note the market this video site is on pop-star, America Idol, and talents that sort.

4) iFilm - iFilm is great if you’re bored with working on your marketing of your own products or affiliate products, and want to catch the latest episode of Laguna Beach. iFilm joined forces with MTV to let you watch their latest programmes on the site.

There are dedicated video channels, and they screen random videos from selected genres. For instance, iFilm offers channels for anime and horror films.

Most importantly, you can send the footage directly from your website to Flickr, del.icio.us and MySpace.

5) Revver - Revver is one of video-sharing tool that pays you 20% - 50% of their advertising dollars if people watch your videos. And many YouTube’s top producers have switch to Revver instead, for example, the popular Lonelygirl15 comedy series.

Revver works very much like YouTube, like tagging and rating videos are also key features of the site.

So, next time you are going to submit your video just to YouTube, think again… how much more exposure and target traffic can you drive to your website, by submitting your same video to other video directories.

I’m really totally amazed by Life. In fact, my life. As I was thinking, researching and reading what’s marketing for the past 2 weeks, I have not really found an answer.

Last thursday, 1st Nov 07, I was given an opportunity to share with a group of people from OnlineIncomeHub on Internet Marketing. And I tell myself that’s the best time to build relationship with people. What in the world would be the best way to build trust, relationship when you are meeting in person…

…internet doesn’t have that for sure!

I have posted a couple of photos of it on the group I’m sharing to. They are mainly marketers who wants to make money on the internet, either they are stuck or have not been making enough money to be full time.

There are a total of 26 people in the room. I’m really glad that I’m able to share what I know to the 26 of them. Even though I have spoke to 320 people in UYMG Singapore in Mar 07. I’m still having butterfly in my stomach…

… but one thing I want to share with you is what I have done.

I went on the extra mile to work out that piece of worksheet. In the worksheet, the participant enable to know where they are today in this Internet Marketing journey. And not only that, I went on to ask, “What’s Your Biggest Challenge on Making Money on the Internet?” And I encourage them to give me their name, email and website.

Once they give me their website, I will personally go through their website and give them my suggestions on how to improve it. Thats my promise to them.

And of course, I did go through one by one and send them email on what they have wrote and encourage them to reply me. I have successfully send to everyone except one lady, where I get a bounce email from her yahoo mail.

It feels good to have done that, as I know that I want to add value to all those who have comes to my blog, met me or have build a relationship with me. And in today’s “noisy” marketing and tons of scams out there, marketers have to work ever harder and having better marketing strategies to stand out from the rest and goes right into the hearts of your targeted customers.

Of course, I wish I have done that for you.

It’s been a few weeks since I have updated any post in this blog… a lot of people might be wondering what’s Roy up to this time.

And Yes! I have been super busy and tied up recently in just a few weeks. I just finished attending Jack’s Zufelt Weekend Seminar as an Assistance. I’m busy pushing my sales of my internet business, both offline and online, to reach my goal for 2007. I’m just a few weeks till end of 2007, so pushing hard on that.

I was given 2 opportunities to speak in front of 50 people, and another opportunity to be in a teleseminar… all 3 speaking opportunities was sharing about marketing and my views about it.

To me, be it Internet Marketing or marketing to your traditional business, there’s no difference in it.

I was overwhelmed with at least 3 major opportunities, of which 2 came from Singapore and one from USA…

… out of the 3, I have jumped into 1 just 10 days ago. I invested S$8,000 in it, and have got a ROI of at least 62.5% on paper, as of this writing. I will get my cheque on 18th Dec 07, of which I’ll scanned and show it to you.

I’m so excited with my friends about this investment opportunities, and there’re a couple of them thinking I was trying to “sell” them stuffs. How I wish they would just open their mind.

The other 2 are still in negotiation, the one from USA, if done well, will literally sky rocket to a lot things I want to accomplish in my life.

On internet side, I was testing a few money making model, from Adsense to affiliate marketing to product creations… not only that, I have got books on marketing and floods my mind with ideas of marketing and how to market well.

I keep telling my friends that I’m going to launch my first Internet Marketing product next month. Everyone seems to be launching products, and selling and selling. I want to be in the bandwagon. However, somehow, my “little voice” is telling me otherwise…

Nevertheless, things are definately great for me. Business and investment opportunities are definately flooding around. I just met up a friend who just proposed another deal to me. So a total of 4 now.

To me, even if I’m 24/7 busy, there’s no excuse of not updating this personal blog of mine which I have dedicated to you, as you invest you time to read it and visit regularly.

I will do so, and no more excuse on that.

I was doing some testing on my Runescape project. That includes changing of my salesletter, looking forward to increase my conversions and also increasing my adsense earning from Runescape itself.

For the pass year, I knew that the keywords paid by Google on Runescape is very very low, sometime it’s less than 10 cents. So my strategy is to have lots of clicks to increase my earning…

Of course, what I can do is to do what all the adsense expert does… which is to research on high paying keywords. I personally know a friend who can make over S$2,000 in a month in just Adsense alone. So, if you see my results below, I still have lots to learn from him. However, the thing is I do not bet my online business just on adsense alone…

…this test is just to see how can I monetize more from whatever resources that I already have. And so far, it shows pretty good results… take a look at this:

I’m pretty happy of my test that I just took about 8 hours to put together. How do I do it? Simple!

If you go to my Runescape website, you will see that my main page is an optin page to give away 7 Secrets for Free. For the past one year, what I did was to give away the 7 Secrets in PDF which is the common standard for ebook. But I realize and get emails from kids saying that they cannot open the secrets and etc.

This makes me think on how to solve it. And I came up with this idea of converting the 7 secrets all into HTML and uploaded to my website… guess what… I surround and beautify the whole HTML site with adsense for the kids to click.

Once I’m done, what I did is to send a broadcast to all my list, which is over 18,000, for now… and in a day, that’s the results that I got.

If you calculate, for 18,000 of people, to get over 140, it’s not a lot. However, what I’m looking at is having at least 150 clicks per day, and that’s about additional $12 a day in adsense earning, and that’s over $360 in a month and about additional S$500 per month in income.

How’s that income for settling your car payment or home mortgage?
